Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Ask within 14 days of paying and we return the entire $69 certification fee — no portion kept, no fee excluded. The only boundary is the 14 days itself.
The homepage policy card, the FAQ and this page state the same promise: a full refund, within 14 days.
Email hello@meridian-institute.cloudcraft.workers.dev — the address in this site’s footer — within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you paid with. One email is enough.
We confirm your request by email and return the full fee to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post the money.
Your certificate and its public verification record are removed and the verification link stops resolving. The exam itself stays free — nothing is charged to sit it or retake it, so a refund never locks you out of the exam.
None of this makes a refund partial — eligibility depends only on the 14-day window, and the amount is always the full $69.
Outside the 14 days we do not offer refunds. That is the entire policy — stated here, in the homepage headline and in the terms the same way each time. And there is nothing that renews, so there is nothing to cancel later.
